Measuring the impact of diversity and inclusion programming requires forward-looking indicators, careful introspection and assessment. Connecting progress made to meaningful and impactful metrics for evaluation is our specialty. We have expertise developing indicator-based impact assessments, co-creating surveys and researching the most current metrics that will work for each organization.
